Jessica Alba's brother Josh couldn't be happier about his new niece Honor Marie.

"I'm ecstatic!" Josh, 25, told Usmagazine.com by phone Monday, two days after his star sis, 26, delivered in L.A. "I have seen her, and she is very beautiful."

So does Honor look more like mom or dad Cash Warren?

"I can never tell with newborns," Josh said. "There are not really any features. I can't tell yet."

He said his big sister "is doing great." He added that Warren "is one of the happiest men alive right now."

Asked if they'll make good parents, Josh told Us, "absolutely."

Alba and Warren tied the knot in a surprise ceremony at the Beverly Hills courthouse on May 19. Check out celeb wedding photos.
